represent and have access to an extremely large number of insurance
companies in each and every line we secure insurance for. We work
with only the highest A.M. Best rated insurers. We believe in the
philosophy of “choose your broker first.” We will obtain quotes for
our clients from multiple insurers and then compare and negotiate
terms most favorable for our insureds. We strive for an end result
of broadest coverage and best terms and pricing that matches the
unique and individual need of that specific client. Clearly, all
insurers are not the same, and all policies are not the same.
IMMEDIATE CLIENT SERVICE
Immediate response to our client needs is a hallmark of our
organization. Whether it is a request for a certificate of coverage
to be sent or an additional location added, we will process all
requests with zero delay. As the needs of a client change throughout
the policy year, we will re-visit current coverages and discuss
whether policy changes are needed. Our philosophy is that an agency is
best viewed for their expertise during difficult times for the client,
such as when claims arise. We are “hands on” as your partner
throughout a claims process. We will assist you in claims handling
and making sure that the process moves along, and we will coordinate
this process that is usually unfamiliar to the client.
